With DeliveryLink, you can claim routes, track pay, upload POD, and see your KPIs—all in one place.

What is a Delivery Partner?

A Delivery Partner is a vetted professional who completes pickup-to-POD with accuracy, customer care, and compliance. You’ll use the DeliveryLink portal to accept work, view route pay/notes, navigate, upload POD, and monitor your KPI scorecards. Partners represent our brand at the door, ensuring safe handling and on-time performance.

  • Customer Experience: Courteous hand-offs, signature capture, issue escalation.
  • Safety & Compliance: Clean MVR, proper insurance, badges (TSA/TWIC) where applicable.
  • Visibility: Real-time tracking, POD, and KPI transparency power our SLA commitments.

Vehicles You Can Use & Typical Pay Ranges

HotRoute

Vehicles: Car/Sedan, SUV, Pickup
Typical Pay: $18–$35/hour (market & urgency dependent)

Common verticals: auto parts, retail, medical essentials.

ShuttleLink (Final-Mile)

Vehicles: Cargo Van, Sprinter Van
Typical Pay: $150–$275/day + incentives

Common verticals: e-commerce, retail replenishment, B2B.

Bulk Fleet

Vehicles: Box Truck 16′ / 26′
Typical Pay: $225–$400/day (lane length & stops)

Liftgate/pallet jack experience preferred.

SkyPort

Vehicles: Van / Box Truck (as specified)
Typical Pay: $180–$325/day

Airport security requirements may apply (TSA STA/Badge).

SeaPort

Vehicles: Box Truck 16′ / 26′
Typical Pay: $200–$350/day

TWIC badge preferred for port access.

OTR (Long-Haul)

Vehicles: Tractor Trailer (53′), CDL-A
Typical Pay: $0.48–$0.70/mi (plus accessorials)

ELD compliance and clean DOT record required.

Pay varies by market, lane complexity, service level (SLA), and credentials. Exact rates are shown in DeliveryLink when you claim routes.

Start your profile, upload documents, and choose vehicle types and service areas.

Receive Access Code (24–48 hrs)

We’ll email your secure code once initial review is complete.

Access Delivery Partner Portal

Log in to DeliveryLink to view routes, pay details, and compliance tasks.

Allow 10–14 Days to Go Active

Backgrounds, badges (if needed), and safety onboarding finalize your activation.

Get Assigned Your First Route

Claim a lane and roll. KPIs and POD keep everyone in sync.

Joining the Network

Welcome to Everything Certified Connect. As a Delivery Partner, you'll set your preferred lanes, choose vehicles you operate, and complete a quick compliance review. Inside DeliveryLink you’ll see route pay details, notes, navigation, and your KPI scorecards. Finish the application, watch the onboarding video, and have your documents ready—then you’ll receive an access code (24–48 hours) and go active after final checks (typically 10–14 days). From there, claim your first route and move with confidence.
