What is a Delivery Provider?

A Delivery Provider is a contracted carrier that supplies drivers, vehicles, and operational control to execute ECC lanes under defined SLAs. Providers use ProviderLink to publish capacity, accept work, manage driver rosters, upload COIs, and monitor KPI scorecards across routes and markets.

  • Execution: On-time dispatch, safe handling, POD/photo standards, and exception reporting.
  • Compliance: Insurance, equipment standards, and badges where applicable (TSA/TWIC).
  • Visibility: Real-time tracking and scorecards aligned to ECC SLAs.
