Everything Certified Connect
Publish capacity, win awards, manage compliance, and track KPIs in ProviderLink.
Delivery Providers (carriers) bring capacity, compliance, and on-time performance to the Everything Certified Connect network. Through ProviderLink, you post capacity, win contracts, assign drivers, manage compliance, and track KPIs—so every lane runs on SLA.
A Delivery Provider is a contracted carrier that supplies drivers, vehicles, and operational control to execute ECC lanes under defined SLAs. Providers use ProviderLink to publish capacity, accept work, manage driver rosters, upload COIs, and monitor KPI scorecards across routes and markets.
