We work with independent contractors who operate a variety of vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, pickups, cargo vans, sprinters, box trucks, and more. Whether drivers use their own vehicles or operate equipment assigned by a contractor, we ensure they’re prepared, compliant, and positioned for success. With over 30 years of combined leadership experience, our team understands the real challenges that drivers face. That’s why we provide hands-on on boarding, flexible route options, real-time dispatching support, and performance management—giving our drivers not just jobs, but lasting opportunities. Hotshot Drivers vs. Shuttle Drivers
HotRoute Delivery Partners
Drive fast-paced routes in your own sedan, SUV, or pickup truck. As a Hotshot Driver, you'll deliver essential parts and packages Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays. Get paid weekly and stay moving with high-demand local routes.
ShuttleLink Delivery Partners
Operate larger routes using your cargo van or sprinter van. As a Shuttle Driver, you'll handle bulk deliveries across core and elite routes with higher earning potential. Flexible schedules, weekly pay, and consistent freight—driven by you.
FlexRoute Delivery Partners
Step in when coverage is needed—whether for a day, a week, or longer. As a FlexRoute Partner, you’ll cover temporary delivery needs using your sedan, SUV, or pickup truck. These fill-in routes help keep operations running smoothly and may transition into full-time Certified Core placement for drivers with open availability and reliable performance.
RelayLink Delivery Partners
Drive cargo vans or sprinter vans on short-term or transitional assignments. RelayLink routes are ideal for drivers looking to cover existing routes while another driver is out or until a new full-time driver is placed. Assignments can last a day, several weeks, or lead to a permanent route depending on your availability and route demand.

BulkFleet Delivery Partners
Drive box trucks or flatbeds to deliver large, high-volume freight such as auto parts, tires, furniture, appliances, and vehicles. BulkFleet drivers power our HeavyHaul Elite routes with weekly pay and higher earnings based on load size, distance, and delivery volume.
SeaPort Delivery Partners
Operate cargo boats for specialized overwater delivery routes moving bulk equipment, marine freight, and industrial shipments. SeaPort drivers handle mission-based freight with flexible scheduling and premium route payouts for qualified operators.
SkyPort Delivery Partners
Fly time-sensitive, high-priority deliveries using cargo planes. SkyPort drivers deliver valuable freight across long-distance routes requiring precision, certification, and reliability. High-paying assignments available based on cargo type, distance, and urgency.
